每个批评都要署名..

Hey..we are plan to celebrate the Birthday for Yue and Li last night..this surprise suggestion from Mr.Alan Chai Min Lun!!When he know that i have go to their house do the "Warranty Template"hehe..we are invite Michelle too..but we are failed to going on..because of the Yue tuition was canceled..so cant have our "wonderful surprise"..and very blur ..because,Keh Li know that we celebrate with Keh Yue..and the Keh Yue know we celebrate for Keh Li..so confuse!!The Min Lun loh..but still okay~the Keh Yue so........surprise..because she was taking her bath,so we can do our some preparing! And call Keh Li go upstairs to wait Keh Yue and lie her,dont have electric downstairs..very sweat~.~""..if downstairs electric stop,why the outside got light!!Lolz..hehe.. Anyway,they are in our second plan!!We use the 2 PIZZAsss that Ah Lun have buy for their cake!One with a big "lilin"(Yue),and another one with small "lilin"(Li)..and ,it is so..funny!!we all are the FIRST time to wear the "birthday cap"..so excited!!all of us are listen to our own jokes..and laugh until "peng" to the floor..Yue are very busy..because she need to help me and my mum do some important documens..but she was enjoyed it..i really appriciate her and thanks a lot..Later we play "zhen xin hua da mao xian" ..its really CRAZY!!!! Very High..Oh Yea!! We are in enjoy time..Thank ABBA FATHER to give me them..know about them..my true friends~crazy one!!!HAHA..have take some pictures lah..but so kesian..some funny one dont have chance to take it..^^

我伤风了..好辛苦..非常不舒服..嘿嘿!!不过,还站得了..今天圣经我看了一节就上班了.."人在最小事上中心,在大事上也中心."(路16:10)

我对任何人讲的或写的批评都要署名,培养我的责任感..太多的人做事或讲话不敢负责任,以致于都只敢在背后放炮,不但没建设性,又造成许多无谓的伤害..

我要养成讲的话或写的批评都要署名,以示负责..负责认的讲话或批评有很重要的意义:

(一),让我谨言慎行:署名的批评,如果是错误的,必带来可怕的后果与反击,因此就会让我学习谨言慎行..我开始能让人信服,我的话也变得有份量,有影响力..(我不是自夸,而是需要更多的装备)讲话不敢署名负责人的人,永远像放屁,不但一响就过去,还污染空气臭死人..(无针对任何人)

(二),负责认使我被信任与重用:负责人需要勇气(跟阿爸父说了什么,就要做到)..哪怕现在我只是一个检垃圾的..勇气是领导人必备的条件之一..没有想过领导的人,怎么传福音..小小的事上,会否做到?负责认的讲话,会使你浮上檀面,担任重要的职务与角色..在社会上,无论公司行号或政府单位,越重要的职务越需要负责认的人..现在,社会里,有吗?晕!只有负责认的人,能被信赖与重用,如今我们选领袖,是看什么?而那些不敢负责认的人,永远只能躲在别人背后或黑暗的墙角发声..

记得圣经里有说:"各人必担当自己的担子."(加拉太书6章,忘了几节,晕!)我们要学习负起自己的责任,特别从讲话或对别人建言开始..不要让评语变成黑函,也不要让讲话变成放屁(笑话例外)..每篇文章或每封评语都要署名,这样我的话才会举足轻重,具有莫大的影响力..不是做给人看的..而是使别人得益处!!

负责认会让我们变得重要..像在路边扫地,难道你们就认为他们没有用吗?不重要吗?没有他们,我不敢看这个世界..他们可以成为有力量的领导,怎么说呢?他们在我们所建设的马路上做领导,甚至比我们更了解马路以及更珍惜..基本的我们很常都不懂..

要做大事,先能完成小事;要杰出,先能称职平凡;要成功,先负气基本的责任..
